Erlang Shen

Erlang Shen é um deus chinês com um terceiro olho na testa que vê a verdade. É uma divindade beligerante e sempre empunha uma espada de três pontas e mantém seu fiel "Cão Celestial Sagrado" (啸天犬) ao seu lado, o qual ajuda-o a subjugar espíritos malignos. Sua origem varia, sendo por vezes tido como segundo filho do Rei Celestial do Norte, Vaishravana. E por vezes como sobrinho do Imperador de Jade (no conto A Jornada para o Oeste).

Erlang Shen is a Chinese God with a third eye on his forehead that sees the truth. He is a god belligerent and always wields a sword with three points and keep your trusty "Holy Celestial Dog" (啸天 犬) at his side, which helps to subdue evil spirits. Its origin varies, sometimes being regarded as the second son of the Heavenly King North Vaishravana. And sometimes as a nephew of the Jade Emperor (the short story The Journey to the West).
